Always ensure that you read the labels of your foods – check expiry dates, obey cooking instructions. Eating uncooked or out of date foods is like eating a playground of bacteria. Always ensure you follow the guidelines, and to be on the safe side, check your foods yourself. Bad smell? Your chicken looking a little flushed half way through? STAY AWAY.
